Career Summary
2012: Won the 800 meters for the second consecutive year at the NAC Outdoor Championships in a time of 1:57.16... Set a new school record in the outdoor 800 meters twice, establishing a new mark of 1:55.78 at the Hillsdale College Gina Relays on April 26... Placed second in 1,500 meters at the NAC Outdoor Championships as part of 1-2-3 Edgewood College finish in the event... Became the first Eagle in school history to be a part of four conference championship relays in the same event, winning a share of the NAC Indoor Championship in the Distance Medley Relay for the fourth time on February 25.
2011: Won the 800 meter run at the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Championships on May 7 with a school record time of 1:56.12... Became the first Eagle to run the 800 in under two minutes outdoors... Placed second in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:03.96 at the NAC Outdoor Championships... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team set a school record with a time of 3:37.13 at the NAC Outdoor Championships... Was part of the NAC Indoor Champion distance medley relay team that finished in a time of 10:54.54.
2010: Set both the indoor and the outdoor Edgewood College records in the 800 meters, running 1:58.44 at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships and 1:57.74 at the NAC Outdoor Championships, placing second in both events... At the conclusion of the 2010 season, was the only Eagle to ever run under two minutes in the 800 meters... Was a member of the NAC Indoor champion distance medley relay team for the second consecutive season, finishing in a time of 11:00.26... Ran a personal record time of 4:14.34 in the 1,500 meters at the Washington University Invitational.
2009: Competed in the 800, mile, 4x400 relay, sprint medley relay and distance medley relay during the indoor track season... Was part of the first-ever NAC Championship for Edgewood College when he helped the distance medley relay team to a first place finish with a time of 10:51.59... Set a school record and ran to a fifth place finish in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:02.01 at the NAC Championships... During the outdoor sesaon, competed in the 1,500 meter run and 4x400 meter relay... Placed seventh at the NAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:19.01... NAC Scholar-Athlete.
High School: Four-year letter winner in track and soccer at Columbus High School... Second team All-Capital Conference selection in the 800m run in 2007... 800m run school record holder with a time of 1:59.43... Set Dodge County Invite records in the 800m run and 4x400m relay...
