2012: Helped the distance medley relay team take first place at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships on February 25 in a school record time of 10:49.59... That was also the fastest time in the NAC... Posted a personal best 10,000 meter time of 34:55.20 to place eighth at the NAC Outdoor Championships on May 4... Placed second in the 1,500 meters on April 28 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with a time of 4:13.53... Registerd his fastest 1,500 meter time of the season, 4:13.10, at the St. Norbert College Invitational on April 21 where he placed eighth... Finished the 5,000 meters at the UW-Platteville Invitational in 15:52.83... Finished second in the 800 meters with a time of 2:06.57 at the UW Badger Open on February 17... Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the UW Badger Open with a time of 9:24.85... His one mile time of 4:44.48 placed him fifth at the UW-Whitewater Rocky Rococo Invitational on January 21.

2011: Did not participate because he studied abroad.

2010: Was part of the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor champion distance medley realy team for the second consecutive season... Earned runner-up in two individual events at the NAC Indoor Championships, placing second in both the mile (4:34.39) and 3,000 meters (9:11.94)... Won the mile at the Knox Invitational with a new personal record of 4:26.56... Set school indoor record in the 800 meters at the Knox Invitational in a time of 2:01.33... Placed first in the Wisconsin Private School Championships with a personal best time of 4:05.81 in the 1,500 meters... Earned top five finishes in both the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters at the NAC Outdoor Championships... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

2009: During the indoor track season, helped the distance medley relay team become the first NAC track champion in school history... Also helped the sprint medley relay team set a school record time... Set a school record time of 4:33.06 in the mile at the NAC Championships and finished third in the race... During the outdoor season, became Edgewood College's first individual NAC track champion after running a school record time of 10:10.80 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase... Also set school records in the 800 and 1,500 meter runs as well as the 4x400 meter relay... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Four year letter winner in cross country and three letters won in track at McFarland High School... First team all-conference selection twice in each sport and helped McFarland to two Badger South conference titles in cross country... Earned a 6th place finish at state in the 4x800m relay and an 8th place finish at state in the 3200m run in 2007.
