2011: Earned All-Northern Athletics Conference honors for the fourth time in his career... Finished seventh at the NAC Championships with an 8,000 meter time of 27:17.8... Placed 92nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional for the second consecutive season with a season-best time of 26:50.0... Set personal records in the first two meets of the season, covering the 6,000 meter distance at the UW Cross Country Classic in 20:37.2 on September 9 and following that with a five mile time of 27:30 at the National Catholic Invitational on September 16.
2010: Finished sixth at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships, earing all-NAC recognition... Covered 8,000 meter distance at the NAC meet in 27:16... Set a new personal record on September 24 at the Brissman/Lundeen Invite with a time of 26:11, before breaking it at the NCAA Midwest Regional...
