2004: Voted LMC All-Conference and All-Rookie … Team-high batting average (.308), on base percentage (.360) and stolen bases (12).

High School: Flaherty received 4 varsity letters in softball at Pomona High School where she was voted first-team All-Conference and All-Conference Rookie and helped her team win the Conference Championship in 2004.
