MILWAUKEE – Edgewood University senior Madeline Brown has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Soccer Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday morning.

Brown claimed seven saves and two wins in net for Edgewood University. Brown recorded two saves and no goals against across 75 minutes in net at Lakeland. The senior added five saves and clean slate against Aurora.

Brown and the Eagles will host MSOE on Wednesday. Action is set for 7:00 p.m. from Edgewood University Field at Reddan Park.
