KOHLER, Wis. – Women's Tennis returned to the NACC Tournament Final Sunday at the Sportscore. As the top overall seed, they took on the third-seeded St. Norbert Green Knights with the conference title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament on the line. The Eagles (17-9) took care of business, taking home the NACC Tournament title and the automatic bid with a 4-1 victory against the Green Knights (11-13).
HOW IT HAPPENED

Madelyn Connaughty and
Hattie Plenty started things off strong with a 6-1 victory in second doubles.
Christina Ekkela and
Sarah Emory clinched the doubles point in impressive fashion, earning a 6-3 final in the third slot.
- Plenty and Connaughty continued to shine in singles. Plenty earned a 6-2, 6-2 win in the third slot, while Connaughty won 6-1, 6-0 in fourth billing.
- After Emory fell 6-1, 6-1 in no. 6 singles.
Evelyn Taylor stepped up with a strong showing in no. 1 singles. She clinched the championship with a 6-2, 6-1 victory.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The conference crown is Edgewood College's sixth tournament title overall (2010-11, 2012-13, 2013-24, 2014-15, 2018-19, 2024-25).
- The Eagles' six conference titles is tied for first in the NACC alongside Concordia Wisconsin.
- Edgewood College went undefeated against NACC foes this season, dropping only four points along the way.
