FOND DU LAC, WIS. – Men's Basketball hit the road as they approached the final stretch of their NACC slate. They took on the Marian Sabres. The Sabres (15-7, 8-7 NACC) put together an impressive showing in a 91-62 victory over the Eagles (4-19, 3-13).
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Marian set the tone early, leaning 9-0 at 15:43. They built up to a 26-8 advantage at 9:25. A 16-2 run had the Sabres rolling 42-12, and they headed to the locker room ahead 49-18.
- Marian would lead by as much as 38 in the second half as they put a bow on a strong home showing.
- The Sabres outshot the Eagles 55.7 (34-of-61) percent to 36.7 (22-of-60) percent.
- Four Marian players finished with double-digit points. Eli Vogel led the way with 16 points in 16 minutes of play.
- Alex Vasilakis grabbed 14 rebounds.
