MADISON – The Edgewood College Eagles women's tennis squad hosted a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Semifinal match at Quann Park Friday. As the second seed, they faced off with the third-seeded Wisconsin Lutheran Warriors with a trip to the finals on the line. The Eagles (15-6) put together a strong 5-0 victory over the Warriors (9-9) to earn their trip back to the NACC Tournament Final.

Evelyn Taylor set the tone in top billing, earning a 8-0 victory in top doubles.
Jewel Lindwall and
Cassie Henderson followed it up with an 8-1 tally in third billing.

Madelyn Connaughty finished off doubles with an 8-4 victory in impressive fashion.
- Fuchs continued to roll into singles. She claimed a 6-1, 6-0 win in top billing.

Christina Ekkela clinched the victory for Edgewood College. She won 6-2, 6-1 in the fifth slot.

Edgewood College will face off against the top seed in the NACC Tournament Sunday. They will take on the Concordia Wisconsin Falcons in the NACC Tournament Finals at Kohler, Wis. The Falcons won the regular season meeting 5-4.
