Edgewood College (9-5-2, 4-3-1 NACC) surrendered its second goal of the game when an errant back pass led to a 1-on-1 with the Eagle goalkeeper Matt Dammen. Stephen Gibert's header off a cross from Andrew Aurit, struck the crossbar and fell harmlessly out of play. Edgewood College only managed one more shot in the remaining 13 minutes to see their unbeaten streak come to an end.
