COLUMBUS, Ind. (March 25, 2007) – The Edgewood College men’s golf team finished twelfth at the UW-Parkside Invitational this weekend. The two-round meet took place at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus and involved 82 golfers from twelve schools.

Individually, John Bailey (Madison, Wis.) and Joe Schwartz (McFarland, Wis.) tied for 50th with four others at 155 (+11) for the weekend. Mike Brennan (Sauk City, Wis.) tied for 69th by posting a score of 161 (+17). Overall, the five Edgewood College golfers that accounted for the team score ended up six strokes from 11th by hitting a 630 (+54).

The men's golf team will return to Otter Creek Golf Course next weekend as they play against the University of Wisconsin golf team.
