KOHLER, Wis. (October 16, 2007) -- The Edgewood College men's golf team did not finish their second round Monday at the NAC Championship at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wis. However, John Bailey (Madison, Wis.), Andy Hosking (Madison, Wis.) and Joe Schwartz (McFarland, Wis.) were all named to the All-NAC men's golf team following the event.
Bailey carded a two-round score of 161 (81-80) which placed him tied for 7th individually and helped him earn All-NAC honors for the second year in a row. Schwartz follwed Bailey as he scored a 169 (86-83) which gave him a tie in 20th place, and Hosking finished with a 174 (86-88) which was good enough for 30th place.
The Eagles did not finish the event as a team as they had two withdrawls. The Championship marks the end to the 2007 fall season as they now look forward to a positive offseason in preperation for the 2008 spring season.
