DUBUQUE, Iowa (September 12, 2006) -- Senior Nicole Gluzinski (Lindenhurst, Ill.) shot a 105, including a second round score of 44 which was the second best second-round effort at the Clarke College Invitational on Tuesday. The strong finish gave Gluzinski a tie for 15th place among individuals.

Gluzinski was the only Edgewood College golfer to compete in the one-day tournament as she shot a 61 in the first round and then rebounded for the 44 in the second round. Her second round score was only bettered by the winner of the tournament Angela Meisterling of the tournament champion Coe College.

The Edgewood women's golf team is in action today at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational.
