(October 27, 2006) -- Edgewood College was defeated by UW-Whitewater, ranked No. 10 in the latest NCAA Division III AVCA Poll, and Simpson College by scores of 3-0 Friday on the opening day of the UW-Whitewater Invitational. The Eagles will conclude the 2006 season Saturday with two more non-conference matches.
