MADISON, Wis. (Sept. 23, 2005)-- The Todd Wehr Edgedome played host Friday night to the UW-Platteville Pioneers, who are currently ranked 11 in the NCAA Division III.  The Pioneers defeated Edgewood College 3-0. 

The Pioneers (11-3) swept the Eagles (1-13) 30-21, 30-19, and 30-14.  The Eagles were led by Dayna McCauley (Cuba City, Wis.) with 17 assists, while teammate Amber Hewitt (Waunakee, Wis.) had 8 kills in the match. 

The Eagles are on the road this Wednesday September 27, taking on Maranatha Baptist Bible College.  Game time is set for 7 p.m.
