MADISON, Wis. -- The Edgewood College baseball team will open its 2005 season on Friday, Mar. 11 at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis versus Northwestern College (Iowa). Friday's doubleheader versus the Red Raiders (1-8) will begin at 10 p.m. The Eagles will then play a twinbill against Augsburg College (1-1-1) beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 12.

Spectators are to enter through Gate F. Admission is $5. Edgewood College will be in the third base dugout on both dates. The Eagles will be the "visiting" team in the first game of both doubleheaders, and will become the "home" team in the nightcaps. Fans are not allowed on the Metrodome field prior to, during, or after the games.
