Junior guard Adam Freitag had been in a slump and hadn’t reached double figures in five-straight games entering last week but exploded for an average of 17.5 points per game to help the Eagles to a 1-1 week. He was one of three Eagles with 16 points on Wednesday in a win over WLC and then scored the second-most points in a single game (19) in his career on Saturday on 7-of-18 shooting.
