Natasha Zanoya placed third overall out of a field of 365 runners at the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday. She was just 0.15 seconds behind the second-place finisher after crossing in 18:45.97. The time was a personal best for a 5,000-meter race and it was the first time this season that Zanoya placed first among Edgewood College runners. Her performance also helped the Eagles to a sixth-place finish out of 44 teams.
