Edgewood College junior Hunter Salmon had the team’s lone sub-28-minute time in the Greater Louisville Classic against some of the nation’s elite on Saturday, placing 85th of 307 runners. He crossed in 27:58.35 in the 8,000-meter race to top his previous top mark this season in that distance by over a minute.
