Freshman Evan Stone made the most out of an opportunity to play up a couple slots this weekend for Edgewood College. He had played in the No. 4 singles spot in all matches this season prior to Saturday, where he won at No. 2 singles against Ripon College’s Lincoln Wurtz 6-0, 6-2. Stone then teamed up with Michael Wanta to shut out Anders Goodwin and Nick Julian and No. 2 doubles to help the Eagles to a 7-2 win.
