Sophomore long distance runner Jenny Larson improved yet again on her personal best in the mile run Friday at the UW-Platteville Final Qualifying Meet but this time has a school record to show for it. The Evansville, Wis., native entered this season with a PR of 5:55.61 but ran a 5:26.09 at Williams Fieldhouse Friday. She finished second in the race and beat out the previous school record by 0.49 seconds.
