Junior point guard Rachel Pope provided the majority of the scoring for Edgewood College in its opening weekend of play at the Dubuque Tipoff Tourney. The native of Dodgeville, Wis., scored 28 points—which was just one shy of her career high—against Dubuque Friday evening and followed that up with 14 points on Sunday against Loras. She shot 47.8 percent from the field over those two games and was 17-of-24 from the stripe.
