Stephen Gilbert, a senior from Fitchburg, Wis., got the Eagles on board first in the team’s only game this season against Maranatha Baptist on Saturday and played a big part on defense in the shutout win. He scored his second of the year on a one-touch from a pass that came in from the right side of the box. The veteran also contributed on defense in a game in which the Sabercats only managed two shots on goal.
