Clay participated in two events at the Dubuque Open and made them count. The freshman broke an Edgewood College record in the 200 meter dash, crossing in 22.45 seconds. Additionally, Clay finished third in the 400 meter tallying 11 of the Eagles' 36 total points at the meet.
