Against NAC-leading Concordia University Chicago, Hillmann tossed a brilliant 7 1/3 innings of work, scattering seven hits and striking out a pair. Hillmann only allowed two earned runs but could not earn the win as the Cougars took the game 3-2. With the quality start, the junior lowered his season earned run average to a shade over four at 4.02.
