Leikness tossed two complete games this past week, picking up a win and holding the conference's top offensive team to only seven hits. Against Maranatha Baptist, Leikness only allowed one earned run in seven innings while striking out a career-high 10 batters. Sunday against Aurora, the junior tossed all seven innings, scattering seven hits while allowing three earned runs. Leikness struck out 12 batters on the week and finished with an ERA of 2.90.
