At the Carroll University Invitational, Smith led the Eagles in two events on his way to earning nine points for Edgewood College. Smith finished fifth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.08 and fourth in the long jump with a leap of 6.42 meters. The Denmark native's jump ranks third all-time in Edgewood College history.
