Spitzer led the Eagles to a 3-1 opening weekend at the Finlandia University Dome Tournament. She hit a blistering .429, going 6-for-14 with two walks. The junior hit three home runs, including two in the Eagles' 9-7 win over Simpson College, and another in the 6-4 win over Mount Mary College. Spitzer also drove in a team-high seven runs.
