The freshman has come on strong down the stretch of the season as she went 3-2 in six starts last week. In two starts against Marian, Leikness allowed eight hits in nine and two-thirds innings, including one hit in five innings in game two. She capped the week with a complete game victory over Rockford where posted five strikeouts and gave up four runs, only two earned.
