The Eagles sophomore closer played an integral part in both of their wins this week. First against Aurora University, he came in and earned his fourth save of the season, putting him within one save of the school record. Lenz then earned his first win of the season when he came in and tossed the final three innings in the Eagles’ 11 inning win at Rockford College. In five innings of work this week, Lenz struck out six batters and only allowed three hits.
