Doherty broke her own school record in the Javelin at the UW-Platteville Invitational. The junior set a distance of 41.79 meters to finish second in the event. Her mark is best in the NACC and currently seventh best in Division III. Doherty added an eighth-place finish in the Discus Throw with a mark of 39.54 meters. Doherty rounded out her performance in Platteville with a 12.00 meter mark in the Shot Put.
