Spies was unstoppable in a 3-1 win over No. 24 UW-Stevens Point for the Eagles. The graduate student posted a 16 kill, 16 dig double-double in the non-conference victory. She added a 15 kill, eight dig effort in a 3-1 win at Marian. On the week Spies averaged 3.64 kills per set and 3.18 digs per set.
