Verbauwhede led the Eagles in distance events at the NACC Indoor Championships. She finished second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:23.50. Verbauwhede added a third place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:22.91, which goes down as fifth fastest in school history.
