Carty was a member of the second place Distance Medley Relay team at the NACC Indoor Championships. The DMR team broke a four-year-old school record with a time of 10:44.48. Carty added a third place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:49.23, which goes down as the fifth-fastest in school history.
