Nelson went 2-2 for the Eagles, including a 2-0 day in the Eagles 5-4 win over Buena Vista. Against BVU, Nelson set the tone with an 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles with partner Andrew Hoffmann. He added a dominant 6-2, 6-2 victory at No. 1 singles.
