The sophomore opened play in Florida going 4-for-5 with four runs, two RBI, and a stolen base in a win over Bluffton. She added a 3-for-3 performance later that day, recording four RBI, two runs, a double and home run in a win over Simmons. On the week she recorded a .538 batting average.
