Ally Verbauwhede ran a personal-best time of 22:45.6 to place 26^th in a field of 316 at the NCAA Pre-National Meet on Saturday. The senior shaved 43 seconds off her previous best time by averaging 4.33 per kilometer in the 6K distance. Among the participants in the meet were eight nationally ranked teams.
