Caminiti tied a school record by running a 9:22.08 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase on Saturday, winning the event at the Warhawk Invitational & Multi. Caminiti's time ranks seventh nationally and is tops in the NACC this season. He won the race, finishing just above two other competitors who rank in the top 10 in the event nationally this season.
