Lemirande was named MVP of the Webster Tip-Off Classic after averaging 16 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game. Lemirande opened the tournament with 17 points in a 72-43 win over Illinois College and then posted a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds in the championships against host Webster. Lemirande added seven assists in the win over the Gorloks.
