Steve Gavin beat Dominican after striking out four and allowing three earned runs. On two days rest, threw 151 pitches and struck out eight over 7.0 innings in 5-4 loss to Concordia Wisconsin in final career start. He currently leads the NACC in innings pitched (72) and is third in strikeouts (65).
