Shannon Whitmus finished 3-0 over 17 innings with a 1.65 ERA in four appearances last week. The Verona, Wis. native tossed a 3-hit shutout with three strikeouts against Alverno on April 11.She allowed two earned runs and five hits in complete-game win over Lakeland, also hit go-ahead solo home run in sixth on April 10. Whitmus leads NACC with 18 appearances and is 11th in ERA (3.06).
