Harnack won her first career track race, the 3000m steeplechase, in a personal best time of 12:33.44 that is now a Top-5 time in the NACC. The junior has won the distance medley relay five times during her indoor and outdoor track career, including three of those at the NACC Indoor Championships, but earned her first career individual win on Friday at the UW-Platteville Invitational.
