The Mount Horeb, Wis. native placed eighth overall (23:50.8) and led the Eagles to a second-place finish in a competitive UW-Whitewater Tom Hoffman Invitational. Atnip was the top NACC finisher as she earned her second top-10 finish of the season and led the team for the second-straight meet. She helped the Eagles beat out four WIAC teams and three NACC squads in their first 6k race of the year.
